Our vision is to work closely with the Department of Children’s Services, The Carl Perkins Center, other organizations and rehabilitation facilities to provide any services needed to help the children and their families in our county.

Our mission is to hold all delinquent youth accountable for their actions and to teach them to become responsible, productive adults.  In all dependent/neglect cases, our initial goal is always to provide any and all services to make it possible to reunify the family.
