Fayette County E911 Hyper‑Reach
The new telephone-based emergency alert system will provide rapid notification of hazardous and urgent situations using a mix of telephone calls and text messages and even TTY/TDD service for the hearing impaired.
Burn Permit
Effective July 1, Burn Permits are required for all burning activities in Fayette County, TN. Please be advised that any unauthorized or non-approved burning activities are strictly prohibited. Individuals found conducting such activities will be subject to a fine.
